Future Stars All American Re-Cap: Ladies First

Birmingham , AL      This weekends Future Stars Event hosted by  D1 Nation had its share of hiccups for a first year event , however , that did not affect the level of talent on display at this event

Stand-outs:

Jasmine Green–  2022 Atlanta , GA 5’8 G –  Smith was the overall best player on the weekend .  A walking bucket averaged 15 points a game .  Mentally strong player  not afraid of contact , passing grade A .  She could do it all.

Ghanaye Whitfield-Moss – Birmingham , AL  2022 5’10 F –  Whitfield all around player , works hard on both ends of the court . Plays efficiently.

Kayla KK Kimbrough –  2023  Texas  5’7 PG  Kimbrough heady point guard , can score at all three levels

Alexia Lohman – 2023     Texas , 5’10 SF.    Lohman has a wow factor , every game she did something special to catch your eye.  She was effective around the rim and a dangerous passer.  One to watch

Hannah Holmes -2025   Argyle ,Texas  G –  Holmes is a smooth operator with a polished game , efficient from 10-15 feet from the basket showed range .  Once she gets stronger defensively she can be one of the best players in her class.

Zaniya Johnson – 2026 Biloxi , MS  6’4. C – If you dont know , now you know … She was undoubtedly the tallest player of all participants.  Strong rebounder and rim protector . Great hands for her size
